These are: Introduction of variable Time Zones. The default is set to Eastern Time. To change it to your time zone simply access your Company information from the XinatorCEC Settings tab and scroll down to the time zone entry. Select and save as appropriate.Customer emails for Appointment Request and Appointment Confirmation can show the appointment time as the Start Time or the Start and End Time. Use the toggle setting in the same Company Information Page as above. In the Appointment Confirmation email the recipient will now have the ability to add the appointment to their Google or Outlook calendars. The time will be adjusted to their local time zone and always use the Start and End times of the Appointment from your scheduling app. Let us know if you have any questions. New Features:Independent Ratings and Review Feature Thise using our Customer Engagement Center (CEC) have an automated rating and review collection process. But to accommodate those that would prefer an independent process we have created that in the Reputation and Competitive Analysis. It provides the ability to create single emails, drip campaigns, and batch campaigns. There will be a charge for this feature for those not using CEC of $40/month.Resource Scheduling Calendar (Phase 1): The Dispatch Tab in the CEC has been relabeled Scheduling and has two links. The standard customer Appointments calendar and a new Resource scheduling calendar. Both are synced to permit better management of your resources and includes the ability to shorten or lengthen an appointment as well as drag and drop to reassign resources or dates and time.
